Menu Selection

To insure the finest quality of food and service, parties must have a planned menu selection.  For groups of 40 or fewer, each guest’s entrée selection can be made the evening of the event.  For groups of more than 40 guests, you may offer a choice of entrees, however, we will require each attendee’s order a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event.  Place cards denoting each guest’s entrée order will be required for these events.  If the entrée is selected to be the same for everyone, by the host, pre-orders are not required.

Beverage Selection

Wine selections should be made no later than three weeks prior to the event.  All wines will be poured on a per bottle basis.  If you would like to offer other alcoholic beverages, they will be available on a per-drink basis.   

Payment/Deposit

deposit of $500 is required to confirm an event.  In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded as long as a 30 day notice is given.  If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior, the deposit will not be refunded.

At the conclusion of the event, one final bill will be presented (total for the event less the deposit).  Full payment will be due at this time, unless other arrangements were agreed upon prior.

Food and Beverage Minimums/Room/Service Fees

For events of up to 40 guests a $125 room fee and a $3500 minimum total of all food and beverage is required. For events of up to 90 guests a $200 room fee and a $6500 minimum total of all food and beverage is required. 

A service charge of 20% and a sales tax of 10.5% (15.5% for liquor) will be added to all food and beverage totals.

Guarantee

A final guaranteed guest count is due 72 hours prior to the event.  If a final total is not received, the client will be billed for either the total number of guests in attendance or original total expected, whichever is greater.

Should you need flowers, special linens, or anything else, we are fully able to assist you with these requests. 

Entertainment

We offer live jazz performances from 6pm-9pm on Sunday, 6pm-10pm on Monday-Thursday and 5:30pm-11:30pm on Friday and Saturday. The bands perform downstairs, which allows the music to carry beautifully up the staircase to our second floor dining room.

Room Description

Our private event dining room is located on the second floor of our restaurant.  This allows for beautiful views of the City Market, as well as many of the church steeples, to include St Philips.  Table arrangements are flexible, depending upon your event specifications.
